Who We Are
CalendarOnYourWall.com is a small, independent project focused on helping
users design beautiful annual calendars that are easy to customize and visual your entire year.
I created this tool to find a simple way to visualize a full calendar year at a glance while still being able to add personal
events, family milestones, and workplace schedules.
And I like to print the big size calendar (such as A0, A1) and stick it on my wall so that I can see it everyday and make necessary changes by hand if and when needed!
What the App Does
The homepage launches straight into our calendar builder so you can start planning immediately. From there you can:
- Add your events (personal, family or work etc.) including multi-day events
- Highlight public holidays by country or state to simplify local planning.
- Sync your data to your Google Calendar (optional)
- Purchase a high-resolution PDF for professional printing when you are ready to print.
How It Works
- Sign-in using your Google account.
- Add or edit events directly on the calendar grid by pressing the edit button on the top right corner.
- Connect Google Calendar (optional) to sync your events to your existing calendar or use the default we create for you (requires purchase)
- Download, print, or save your calendar once you are satisfied with the design (requires purchase)
- You can export your events in .ics format at any time (requires purchase)
You can add / remove your events and download the preview (watermarked) version of the calendar at any time. This doesn't require purchase. Once you are ready to purchase, you can do so by clicking the "Buy Calendar" button on the top right corner.
Why We Request Google Calendar Access
Connecting your Google account is optional, but it allows you to sync your events to any of your (secondary) existing calendar or use the default one we create for you. This way, you can keep your private data to yourself, we don't store any of your events data in our database when you chose this option. We only keep the preferences, purchase data and your email address. When you choose to connect to Google Calendar, we request the minimum access needed to:
- Let you create or update events on a default Google Calendar named “calendaronyourwall”.
- Read the calendars you select so we can display your events inside the app.
- Remember which calendar you picked so the integration works the next time you return.
We do not collect email content, contacts, or any unrelated Google data. You stay in control of what is synced, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings. When
Our Approach to Data and Privacy
Transparency is important to us. A brief summary of our practices:
- Your calendar designs and preferences are stored securely with us.
- Event data synced with Google (if you chose this option) remains in your Google Calendar unless you explicitly export it.
- Purchases are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your payment details.
- We only collect basic analytics and error logs to improve reliability.
