This Privacy Policy describes how CalendarOnYourWall.com ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our calendar application service.
Information we collect
We only collect the information needed to deliver and support the CalendarOnYourWall.com service. When you connect a Google account, the Google user data we access is limited to the data points listed below.
Calendar data
- Calendar customizations and preferences
- Event data you choose to add to your calendar
- Layout and display settings
Google user data
- Your Google account email address
- List of your secondary Google Calendars for which you are the owner
- Event details from the secondary Google Calendar you explicitly choose to sync
- Google OAuth tokens required to keep your calendar in sync
Payment information
- Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe
- We do not store your credit card or payment details
- We only receive confirmation of successful payments

- Basic analytics to improve our service
- Error logs to help us fix technical issues
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain the calendar service
- To process payments for premium features
- To improve our application and user experience
- To respond to your support requests
- To sync your calendar content with your connected Google account when you ask us to do so
How we share, transfer or disclose Google user data
We do not share, rent, transfer, disclose or sell user data in any shape or form. We only use the data for the purposes described in this policy.
- Our application runs on Cloudflare Workers and stores user data in Cloudflare's R2 storage. We only store user email (that is used to sign in) and the Id of the calendar, only if you have chosen to sync data to Google Calendar. We use the calendar Id to read and write your events from your Google Calendar. None of the event data is stored with us if you are syncing to Google Calendar.
- None of the user or event data is shared, transferred, disclosed or sold to any third party.
Data storage and security
- Your calendar data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure
- If you choose to store your calendar data in Google Calendar, it is stored securely using Google's infrastructure in your Google Calendar. We only hold your preferences and your email address; the rest of your event information is held in your Google Calendar
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- Access to your data is restricted to essential operations only
- Google OAuth tokens are stored in your browser's local storage and transmitted to our servers only as needed to perform sync actions. We do not permanently store access tokens on our servers.
Third-party services
Stripe
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs the collection and use of payment information. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy. We do not share Google user data with Stripe.
Cloudflare
Our application is hosted on Cloudflare's platform. Cloudflare's privacy policy can be found at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We only store user email (that is used to sign in) and the Id of the calendar, only if you have chosen to sync data to Google Calendar.
If you choose to connect your Google account, we use Google APIs to let you store and sync your calendar data with your Google Calendar. We only access your email address and the calendar data you explicitly choose to sync. We do not access any other Google account information. Google's privacy policy applies to your use of Google services and can be found at policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
- Access: You can access your calendar data at any time through the application
- Correction: You can modify or update your calendar data directly
- Portability: You can export your calendar data in standard formats
Data retention
We retain your calendar data for as long as you use our service. If you stop using the service, your data may be retained for a reasonable period to allow you to return, after which it will be deleted.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to save your calendar preferences and data locally on your device. This ensures your calendar works even when offline and loads quickly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and, when appropriate, providing additional notice within the application.
